As a strategic executive leader, Scott spent 30 plus years as a Senior executive of private and public companies throughout North America. He led a team of 115 staff in 10 divisions to more than $5 billion in gross sales, managed $33 billion in assets and managed an operational budget of $25 million. He created Invesco Institute, the #1 leadership development program in the financial services industry. 

Since leaving corporate life, Scott has focused on working with entrepreneurial business leaders, helping them strategically plan and manage the growth of their organizations. He is a Certified Coach in Strategic Business Leadership, a strategic planning process specifically developed for privately held businesses.

Active in the community, Scott is affiliated with Acclaim Health, working with Bereaved families. He is also involved with Burlington Old Timers Hockey and local golf organizations. A high achiever in everything he does, Scott got not one but two holes in one in the 2019 golf season.
